Share of voice
How often AI answers mention your brand in each group of queries, by query tier or by your topic clusters. A query counts once if any answer to it mentioned you.
Share of voice is your mention rate, broken down by the kind of query.
How Fond computes it
Each tracked query is in a tier, from Safety, closest to your brand, through Strong and Reach to Far Reach, the most competitive.
For each tier, Fond divides the queries where at least one AI answer mentioned you by all the queries in the tier. A query counts once, however many of its answers mentioned you. Over a date range, Fond adds up the counts across runs before it divides, so a run with more queries has more weight.
Beside it is the organic rate, over only the queries that did not name you (see organic visibility). The share of voice tile on the overview shows the organic rate.
Share of voice by cluster is the same measure over the topic clusters that you give to queries. Queries with no cluster are not in it.
The brands listed in a tier
The other brands under a tier come only from the queries in that tier that named neither you nor that brand. The competitors leaderboard does not apply that rule, so the counts of a rival there can be higher.
What it is not
Share of voice is not your share of all brand mentions. A tier where you appear on 40% of queries reads 40%, even if rivals appear on every one of them. AI visibility is the closest overall figure, but it counts answers and has no split by tier.

Run
One pass over your queries. A run usually asks every query that is being asked, of every assistant that is on, as many times as your repetitions setting says. Pages show the latest run that finished with an answer.
